Growing up in a family with deep roots in the industry, I developed an early appreciation not just for property itself, but for the business behind it: how strategy, discipline, and strong relationships drive real results. That mindset was reinforced through collegiate golf at Tiffin University and Cedarville University, and carried into a career in commercial and residential development.

I joined Auction Ohio Real Estate on the finance and operations side, and it didn't take long working alongside auctioneers day after day to see how the process could get sellers a stronger result, on a firmer timeline, than a traditional listing. So I earned my own Ohio real estate and auctioneer licenses and made the auction method my full-time focus. Farmland, residential homes, and multifamily properties are what I spend most of my time on, and whether you're a homeowner, an agent, or an attorney, I'm the one who picks up the phone when you call.

My wife and I live on a small farm in the Delaware–Radnor area, the same land and communities I sell in every day.
