Keep Your Client. Keep Your Commission.
You built the relationship. You keep it. When a listing stalls, when a property is too unique to comp, or when a seller needs a date certain, auction gives you a second tool instead of another price reduction.
What You Get When You Partner With Will
You Keep Your Commission
As the listing agent you keep 3% or more, paid at closing and funded through the buyer's premium rather than out of your seller's proceeds.
You Stay the Agent
Your listing, your client, your showings, your relationship. Nothing about that changes.
Your Seller Pays No Commission
Commission is covered by the buyer. Your seller handles standard closing costs and nothing else.
We Run the Auction
Structure, terms, disclosures, marketing, the bidding platform, and the auction itself. You don't need to learn the auction business to offer it.
A Defined Close
Sold as-is, no contingencies, on a fixed timeline: 30 days of marketing, then approximately 30 days to close.

How the Partnership Works
You call
Describe the property and the seller's situation. You'll get an honest read on whether auction fits, including when auction is not the right solution for you and your client.
We consult together
Will joins you and your seller to walk through auction strategy, reserve, and terms. You stay in the lead, but now we're a team.
We prepare and market
Photography, drone, signage, direct mail, digital campaigns, MLS, and the auction platform.
Auction day
Bidding closes, the high bidder signs and deposits, and the property is under contract with no contingencies.
You get paid at closing
Roughly 30 days later.
